We also provide storage and spring checkout services, air conditioner sleeves, and a proprietary product, Saf-T-Bar, for assuring secure, safe, state-of-the-art installation of window units.

We have a special division devoted to the needs of cooperatives and condominiums. Health-care providers that serve the disabled and chronically ill, under home-care or community-care programs, are the specialty of our health-care providers preferred vendor business unit (click here). Our wholesale division is for large volume situations.

Our PTAC division sells new-, and overhauls/restores combination heating and cooling systems for warmth in winter  and cooling in summer - for apartments, offices, condos and co-ops, motels, and other settings - to save customers thousand of dollars, extend life, remove more moisture, and cool more efficiently.

Our company, whose only business is air conditioning, was established in 1952 and is still going strong. Since then, we estimate we have sold and serviced over one million units!
